1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online store Malunvi, operated by Keiver Mendoza, sole proprietorship, trading as Malunvi, Melchiorstrasse 9, 3027 Bern, Switzerland ("we", "us").

2. Contract

The presentation of products in the store is not a binding offer. By completing the checkout you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
