14-day returns

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

How to return an item

1. Contact us via our contact form or at info@malunvi.com with your order number before sending anything back.
2. We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
3. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and include a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no extra cost.

Exceptions

Used items or items that are not in their original condition cannot be returned unless they are defective.
