How do I place an order?

Choose your product and color, add it to your cart and check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

How long does delivery take?

Switzerland: approximately 9–18 days in total, including an estimated 1–3 days of processing and 8–15 days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China. Other countries may take longer. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking details.

How much does shipping cost?

Switzerland: CHF 7.00 – free shipping on orders from CHF 65.00. International: CHF 16.00. The exact costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Which payment methods can I use?

All available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes – after your purchase you'll receive an order confirmation by email with all items, prices, shipping and taxes. If you need a separate invoice, just contact us.

Can I return my order?

Yes, unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please read our refund policy and contact us before sending anything back.
